Nicholas Goss is a Senior Analyst acting as a dedicated case handler for Fidavora Commercial Brokerage. Specialising in complex debt and equity financing across the SME corporate and real estate sectors, Nicholas manages the end-to-end capital raising process to ensure funding structures align perfectly with his clients' business cases and forecasts.
From reviewing data rooms and assessing investment frameworks to presenting propositions to institutional funders, he drives direct negotiations to secure the most competitive indicative terms. His deep technical expertise in financial modelling allows him to comprehensively stress-test development appraisals, corporate projections, and fund models, ensuring every funding request is backed by a robust and fully structured financial narrative.
Prior to his current partnership, Nicholas built a formidable track record on both the banking and equity sponsor sides , including managing a $1.25bn / £1bn Infrastructure & Project Finance portfolio at Barclays and holding senior leadership roles such as Head of Capital Markets & Investments at Black & White Bridging. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured terms and funding for over 15 major projects with total lending exceeding $3bn / £2.4bn , and he recently led the structuring and issuance of an insolvency-remote corporate bond of $62.5m / £50m. With a BA (Honours) in Business Management and extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, Nicholas provides clients with the strategic execution and expert oversight required to close high-value transactions successfully.
